Job Summary

The organization is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support the Chief of Operations and Development. The role involves managing daily operations, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating events, projects, and meetings. This flexible position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with time in the Mason, OH office.

Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

 

  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in various computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google suite of products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate patience when working with women for whom English is not their first language
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills.  

  • College degree preferred. 
  • Experience working in K-12 or higher education preferred.  
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. 
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and accounting will be helpful.
