The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on May 29 proposed significantly changing how nonprofits win and manage grants.

The proposed revisions are aimed at implementing the Trump administration’s priorities, particularly his July 2025 Executive Order 14332, Improving Oversight of Federal Grantmaking.
