**Job postings must be submitted by 10am on Wednesday to run in Thursday's issue. If submitted later, they will run the following week.
To extend an existing job ad, email jobads@gcnonprofitnews with the job title, organization name, and number of weeks for extension ($50 fee per week).

Write a compelling job posting:
To attract outstanding candidates, it's essential to go beyond listing job responsibilities and minimum qualifications. Think from the job seeker's perspective and highlight why they should be excited to join your nonprofit. Share your organization's impact, mission, and how the applicant can contribute to this important work.
For effective job ads in our job board database, use the following format:
- *Name and email of the person collecting applications
- *Job title, organization name, full-time or part-time, location
- 2-3 sentence summary of the organization/position for GC Nonprofit News with a link to the full job description
- Organization overview and mission statement (optional)
- Position duties
- Position qualifications
- Resume submission deadline (if shorter than 30 days)
- Salary and benefits (optional but recommended)
- *Application contact details (email or job listing website link)
