Team Lead, Intake and Behavioral Health Services

The Team lead will assist with the day-to-day operations of the combined social services department to include triage, intake and the communications team. Manage small caseload of individuals (10-15) who need assessment and referral for behavioral health services; serve as the bridge to provide crisis and behavioral interventions for these individuals until they can be connected to appropriate therapeutic or psychiatric care in the community.

The Team lead will assist with the day-to-day operations of the combined social services department to include triage, intake and the communications team. Manage small caseload of individuals (10-15) who need assessment and referral for behavioral health services; serve as the bridge to provide crisis and behavioral interventions for these individuals until they can be connected to appropriate therapeutic or psychiatric care in the community.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, mental health, criminal justice or other human services field; with 2 to 3 years program leadership experience with emphasis on program compliance; LSW or LPC required.
