Job Summary

From Fatherless to Fearless (FFTF) is seeking a highly professional and execution-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program and support key organizational initiatives.

This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to represent FFTF with professionalism across schools, community partners, and stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager serves as a key operational partner to the CEO and will grow into expanded responsibilities in partnership management and program expansion.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead implementation of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program across partner sites
  • Ensure high-quality delivery, curriculum fidelity, and participant engagement
  • Manage and coach facilitators through observations and ongoing support
  • Monitor program outcomes and ensure timely reporting

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Serve as primary liaison to school and community partners
  • Represent FFTF with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication
  • Maintain strong, mission-aligned relationships

Program Support & Events

  • Support execution of key events (What’s the Scoop?, Better Together)
  • Ensure program logistics, materials, and coordination are executed effectively

Growth Opportunity (Future Scope)

  • Support onboarding of new program sites
  • Participate in partnership meetings and expansion efforts
  • Over time, take on increased responsibility in managing partnerships and supporting contracts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–6 years of experience in program management, education, or nonprofit leadership
  • Strong leadership, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
