Production Services Supervisor, Proudworks

Directly supervise and train workers with disabilities in a light manufacturing work center environment. Ensure a safe workplace by promoting safety awareness and compliance with regulations. Oversee quality control processes, maintain accurate production records, and manage materials efficiently. Perform additional duties in accordance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and company practices.

🕒 Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💵 Pay: Up to $19/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support workers with disabilities in a light manufacturing setting
• Ensure safety guidelines and protocols are followed
• Perform quality control and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
• Assist clients with disabilities, including mobility support

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of bending, crouching, and squatting
• Push wheelchairs without restriction
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Good upper body strength and stamina
