Provide excellent Member /client /customer service to Members and guests who enter the Member suite. 

Job Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MEMBER SERVICE FUNCTIONS

1  Greet all members, stakeholders, staff and general public in a professional and welcoming manner; Ensure all visitors sign-in and receive a visitors badge, if needed

  1. Provide detailed, accurate, and timely, information on the CW program to potential and existing members; Coordinate with staff to maintain current processes
  2. Maintain phone system & messaging for front desk;
  3. Maintain current manual of front desk duties; revising as necessary
  4. Maintain front desk and common areas to create a warm and welcoming environment
  5. Prepare coffee for members & guests on a daily basis, or as needed
  6. Maintain & Distribute ERM/TANK/Gift Cards as requested
  7. Coordinate ERM/TANK/Gift Card process; ensures prompt processing for reimbursement
  8. Procure ERM/TANK/Gift Cards and maintain adequate supply for members
  9. Enter denied applications into SalesForce, as needed.
  10. Make follow-up phone calls to members regarding workshop, as needed.
  11. Work collaboratively with Member Service Coordinator to ensure front desk duties are being fulfilled, and members needs are being met

 

2.  ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

    1. Lock/Unlock CW office; ensure ack-up plan, as needed.  
    2. Update SalesFore records relative to mailings and Member records, as needed.  
    3. Open and sort incoming correspondence, invoices, checks etc. 
    4. Support Senior Team on a limited, as needed basis
    5. Other duties as assigned for the effective and smooth operation of Cincinnati Work
    6. Assist Supervisor with Scheduling and Logistics for Member Suite, as needed
    7. Assist with logistics and coordination of Staff In-Service days
    8. Assist with all event coordination within organization, as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    1. Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
    2. 3+ years of administrative/customer service experience
    3. Multi-line phone experience

 

  1. SKILLS, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES
    1. Helpful, Friendly, “Can-do” attitude
    2. Ability to exercise discretion regarding confidential matters
    3. Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite); Experience with email, mail merges, and contact database management ideal
    4. Excellent organizational skills
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    6. High attention to detail
    7. Ability to work in diverse groups
    8. Teamwork; willingness to apply skills in a variety of ways to fulfill the mission of Cincinnati Works
    9. Passion for the vision and mission of Cincinnati Works

 

  1. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
    1. Must be able to lift some moderately heavy items, such as a carton of paper.
    2. Ability to remain calm and collected in busy office environment
