 Job Summary:

This position is responsible for designing all agency and Fund Development marketing materials, creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing CABVI’s social media platforms and agency website; and assisting the CMO and team with Fund Development efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Designs, creates, implements, and maintains printed agency marketing materials.

  • Responsible for designing and producing high-quality, Bi-annual, Viewpoints, annual reports, and agency brochures.
  • Creates all other high-quality, printed materials in a timely manner, business cards, flyers, letterhead, envelopes, in-house forms, etc.
  • Designs and creates all special event printed materials.
  • Responsible for inventory maintenance for printed materials including ordering and working with vendors.
  • Responsible for creating materials into an accessible format (braille, large print, electronic).
  • Responsible for managing the agency’s Email Marketing Software (Constant Contact).
  • Design and manage all email marketing campaigns to raise agency awareness and increase engagement.
  • Design quarterly e-newsletter and distribute to CC database as well as staff.
  • Grow audience database to expand reach.
  • Responsible for management of social media platforms, along with developing content to help grow and maintain active social media outlets - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Generate compelling content that will effectively reach target markets.
  • Coordinate agency/department events with online activity.
  • Analyze and report growth engagement, and overall impact of social media efforts.
  • Continuous monitoring and coverage of all sites.
  • Responsible for managing and updating the agency website.
  • Serves as agency webmaster.
  • Maintaining and updating website content.
  • Serves as the liaison between agency and web site developer.
  • Extracts and provides statistics and information as needed.
  • Coordinate all door information for agency annual fund campaign.
  • Designs and provides layout materials including solicitation letters, photos, etc.
  • Carries out special assignments as requested.
  • Completes special assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Works cooperatively with CABVI personnel, clients, donors, trustees, volunteers, suppliers, etc.
  • Prepares error-free correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Participates appropriately in departmental meetings and supports department activities.

 

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in public relations, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business required.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the social media universe and working knowledge of social networking channels.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Microsoft Office, Raiser’s Edge software.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills including proofreading.
  • Excellent time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
