At Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist - Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who are passionate about making a difference.What You'll Be Doing

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and creative strategies. Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from initial screening and interview coordination to extending offers.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with team managers to understand staffing demands and build optimized recruiting pipelines.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure applicants feel informed and valued throughout the application process.
• HR System Management: Track key recruitment metrics and keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS updated.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with early HR initiatives to welcome new hires effectively
