Facility Maintenance Technician- St. Vincent de Paul

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks at SVDP-owned and operated properties throughout Greater Cincinnati. This role plays a critical part in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming environments for neighbors, volunteers, and staff. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across building systems, takes pride in quality workmanship, demonstrates a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take full responsibility for task completion, documentation, and service delivery once fully trained.   Requirements:  High School Diploma or GED required.   2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or a related field; additional experience is strongly valued.   Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and the ability to regularly drive between multiple SVDP locations.   Reliable transportation to and from work is required.   To apply:  https://svdpcincinnati.org/about-us/employment-opportunities/
