The organization and its team members have earned an enviable respect and solid reputation with families and donors.

Position: Reporting to the Executive Director of Philanthropy, this career opportunity is waiting for a seasoned professional who truly enjoys and thrives building and maintaining genuine relationships with older adults. In a cross-functional environment, the Director of Individual Giving (DIG) will join a collegial team of four augmented by external specialists in events and data management. Managing a priority list of 75 to 100 prospective major and planned giving donors, the DIG will collaboratively support colleagues in promoting philanthropy at all levels.
