Job Summary

Job Description

 

Retain and expand top referral sources through monthly visits and referral recognition opportunities. 

Monitor and track the potential referral relationships to manage the number of referrals achieved per agency. Document, manage and maintain comprehensive Candidate/Member enrollment documentation and records. 

Ensure candidate compliance with Zero Tolerance Policies and other behavior/Code of Conduct standards. 

Assist in the development and creation of marketing materials in concert with the respective contractors to support program awareness and generate candidate enrollment.   

Serve as the facility liaison with supporting agencies – environmental, city, fire, and police. 

Other duties as assigned.  

 

Skills 

Strong personal commitment to LLC’s mission and work. 

A minimum of 15 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree in associated field or equivalent military experience. 

Ability to conceive, develop and complete tasks without close supervision.   

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Good organizational skills. 

Willingness to work in a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. 

Ability to manage multiple tasks. 

Computer competency and proficiency.
