This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping teens gain confidence, skills, and direction as they prepare for adulthood. This is more than just a program coordination role—it’s about connecting teens to purpose, opportunities, and their potential.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Believes in the power of service. You understand that volunteerism helps teens build responsibility, leadership, and empathy—and opens doors to future careers.

Builds meaningful relationships. You’re a connector—building strong, authentic relationships with teens, community partners, and schools. You help others see how they can be part of something bigger.

Thinks strategically and acts practically. You can see the big picture while also managing the daily logistics of programming, partnerships, and teen engagement.

Supports and motivates others. You’re a natural leader who supervises with compassion and clarity. You give direction, provide accountability, and foster growth.

Gets things done. You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of what matters most.

Is passionate about equity and access. You’re committed to helping all teens—regardless of background or ability—gain access to meaningful opportunities for growth and success.

Thrives in collaboration. You enjoy working across teams, programs, and organizations. You communicate clearly and value shared ownership.

Is comfortable working with teens. You believe teens are capable, creative, and worth investing in. You approach them with curiosity, consistency, and care.

The Practical Stuff:

Hours: Generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM during the school year (35 hrs/week); reduced summer hours (10 hrs/week for 4 weeks in the summer)

Location: EDGE Teen Services, Liberty Township, OH

Start Date: July 2025

Compensation: $44,000–$46,000 annually + $400/month health reimbursement (ICHRA)
