On July 1, 2025, ABC will become the district-wide foundation for Cincinnati Public Schools, expanding its impact to serve all 66 schools and more than 35,000 students citywide. As part of this exciting transition, the Corporate and Individual Giving Manager will play a key role in launching a bold new initiative to support Cincinnati’s youth at an unprecedented scale. JOB OVERVIEW
The Corporate and Individual Giving Manager is a strategic and relationship-focused professional responsible for leading ABC’s fundraising and engagement efforts. This role oversees corporate partnerships, cultivates individual donor relationships, and manages fundraising events to ensure the organization's financial sustainability and growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter with a passion for youth development and a proven track record in nonprofit development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate & Community Partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with local and regional businesses to secure sponsorships, grants, and in-kind support.
- Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with ABC’s mission.
- Create customized sponsorship packages and stewardship plans.
Individual Giving
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective individual donors.
- Design and execute strategies for donor engagement, solicitation, and retention.
- Manage donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship initiatives.
Fundraising Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute annual fundraising events, including major donor receptions, community engagement events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure successful event logistics, marketing, and follow-up.
- Track event performance and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Develop and monitor fundraising goals and budgets in collaboration with leadership.
- Provide regular reports on fundraising progress and outcomes to the Executive Director and Board.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or related nonprofit work.
- Demonstrated success in managing donor relationships and securing sponsorships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Neon One, Blomerang, DonorPerfect or similar).

- Hours of work: Full-Time, Exempt
- Location:Cincinnati, Ohio
- Reports to: Director of Advancement
- Salary range: $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience
- Anticipated start date: July 1, 2025
