The Part-Time Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Foundation. This role supports fundraising activities, board operations, financial administration, and communications, and serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

Position Summary
The Part-Time Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Foundation. This role supports fundraising activities, board operations, financial administration, and communications, and serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage general correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical records, files, and databases
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and materials
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Board & Governance Support
- Maintain board records, policies, and compliance documentation
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, events, and donor communications
- Maintain donor database and acknowledge donations (thank-you letters, receipts)
- Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors, as applicable
- Develop and manage newsletters, email communications, website updates and social media content
- Coordinate marketing and outreach materials to promote Foundation initiatives and impact
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of financial operations, administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation
Hourly rate: $30.00, commensurate with experience
