Administrative Assistant, SFSM
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team. This is a part-time exempt position (20-25 hrs. weekly) that reports to the Executive Director.

Reports to: Executive Director, St. Francis Seraph Ministries (SFSM)
Position Purpose: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team. This is a part-time exempt position (20-25 hrs. weekly) that reports to the Executive Director.

Job Responsibilities:
- Model the mission and values of SFSM to clients, volunteers, co-workers, and the community, acting in accordance with the values of the Franciscan Friars of the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain effective digital and paper filing systems
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents
- Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with fundraising and marketing efforts
- Compile and summarize information for reports or presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and security
- Adapt priorities as needed and ensure that deadlines are met
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work some flexible hours when programs are underway in other areas of the Ministries, including special events
- Attend monthly staff meetings, trainings, and any other meetings in support of SFSM, including travel to such meetings, as needed
- Must maintain current and valid driver’s license with reliable method of transportation
- Perform all other duties, as assigned
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- High school degree or equivalent. Two years of college preferred
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience
- High-level Microsoft Office and database experience. Google experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Effective written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
