Administrative Assistant, CMWC

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating and completing the tasks necessary to plan, implement, and ensure quality of our evidence-based recreational music-making programs: Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS, and arts-based activities. This includes but is not limited to working with community-based organizations, recreation centers, faith-based organizations, schools, senior living communities, and coalition members. By executing these responsibilities while following our Values, this position will help accomplish our Mission and fulfill our Vision.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the CEO, Prevention Services Program Manager, and Data & Program Coordinator
- Use the following modes of communication - in person, phone, text, email and via zoom
- Maintain Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS schedules in CMWC data base
- Work closely with CMWC independent contractors (trained facilitators) regarding program schedules, subs, and coverage
- Work with external organizations regarding program schedules, and changes as needed
- Keep all digital and physical records organized
- Work with Data & Program Coordinator on participant surveys and feedback
- Work with CEO and program staff to develop a Quality Assurance program for Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS
- Build and maintain relationships with coalition members
- Coordinate Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS trainings
- Work with staff and volunteers on external events i.e. exhibitor tables at health fairs, conferences
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist CMWC team with annual events i.e. music & medicine conference, wellness through art forms
- Assist with Annual Community Impact Report
- Assist with quarterly coalition meetings

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3-5 years relevant experience

COMPENSATION:
Hours: 20 hours/per week
Rate: $20.00/per hour
FICA and Workers Compensation Paid
Employee Status: Part-time
Hybrid work schedule
